Empowering Children & Families Impacted by Sexual Abuse and Suicide
In Marcie’s Honor
Marcie’s suicide was one of the biggest pain for her mother, Elizabeth Gerald. Though the void may always be there, Elizabeth decided to put her energy towards helping victims of sexual abuse and suicide and help prevent such events through education.
In Marcie’s honor, Elizabeth launched The Marcie Jonea Gerald Movement (MGJM) with a mission to Support Assist Vindicate, and Educate (S.A.V.E). MJGM is dedicated to serving as a resource for children and families that are victims of sexual abuse and suicide and provides:

Support services for both individuals and families

Suicide prevention resources and education programs for youth
"No one commits suicide because they want to die.

Because they want to stop the pain."
